Seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver $1.2m Fit Out over 3 floors at an Aged Care Facility - 3 months

Your new company

We have partnered with one of Australia's largest consultancies, seeking an experienced Site Manager well versed in Fit Out delivery in a live setting in Melbourne's East. This project will run for a minimum of 3 months and is valued at $1.2m

Your new role

- Manage trades and coordination of subcontractors
- Oversee quality, OH&S; and best practice on site
- Work within a live environment over 3 floors on this
- Aged Care facility Liaise with PM to organise and deliver projects within a timeline and budget
- Establish rapport with clients and trades
- Represent the builder positively and effectively

What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum 5 years' of experience with Site Management




- Exposure to projects in excess of $2m High level of attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering project on time and on budget
- Proven experience delivering in a live environment
- Ability to liaise, communicate and effectively deliver with clients and stakeholders
- Motivate trades to ensure a high quality of work
