Site Supervisors required to join project team on $500m healthcare project.

This global, top tier organisation, established for 60 years, has an impressive project history internationally and a continued stable pipeline of incredible projects. They employ over 2500+ people globally who share knowledge of supreme construction methodology practices across all projects.
They are currently delivering $500m Design & Construction project of modern, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in ACT and seeking Site Supervisors to join their project team.

Your new role
Your primary focus as Site Supervisor is to supervise and drive construction personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project in a safe manner, to programme and quality in conjunction with Site Manager.

- In conjunction with Site Supervisors and Site Manager, coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities
- Monitor and review programs to ensure time requirements are met providing regular progress reports to the Project/Site Manager
- Monitor and inspect the work of sub-contractors to ensure quality,



adherence to schedule & satisfactory completion of works
- Communicate effectively and work with sub-contractors to drive to achieve quality/timeline
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

What you'll need to succeed

- Ideally you will have trade qualification
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors to drive to achieve project milestones
- Experience supervising technical projects an advantage
- Specialist skills in fit-out finishes, building services beneficial
