JMS Hospitality group is seeking an experienced Duty Manager ready to take on the role of Assistant Manager at The Chase Hotel.

The Chase Hotel is a premium entertainment venue located at Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, comprising of a Sports Bar, TAB, Bistro and Gaming Room.

An exciting prospect presents for someone who has previous experience either in the Hotel or Club sector, we are looking for a self-motivated, customer focused Manager to lead its friendly team of staff.

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous Supervisor experience in the Hospitality sector
- Hands-on experience with Gaming operations
- An understanding of System One & Tito
- A strong customer service focus & a passion for the industry
- A positive & friendly personality with both the clientele & team they lead
- Excellent communication skills & the ability to liaise well with clientele, colleagues & Senior Management
- Strong organisational skills
- Hands on approach to all facets of the business
- RSA/RSG/AML Certificates
- Gaming License
