The Dunes Ocean Grove seeks an enthusiastic, customer-obsessed & self-motivated, Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Are you a front-of-house supervisor, duty manager, or Assistant manager and looking for your next challenge? We are looking for someone to come and work alongside our Restaurant Manager and develop for a smooth transition into the Restaurant manager role next year as they move into another role within the company.

Set over the water's edge, The Dunes Ocean Grove is a local favourite and tourists alike.

We operate our restaurant daily from 11:30 a.m. for Lunch and Dinner, with Breakfast from 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Our Takeaway kiosk is open from 6:30 am every day.

What will you bring to the venue;

- You're a proven leader with 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant manager or supervisor and wanting your next opportunity.
- Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
- Proven stable employment history with a strong understanding of front-of-house financials and KPIs
- A willing attitude to help build and implement quality and consistency across the business
- Proven ability to manage the best out of your team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A love for food and beverage with an understanding of local suppliers and a focus on current & future trends
- Sense of urgency and robust self-management skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Restaurant
- Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for the industry
