We are seeking an invested and passionate Bar Manager at our newest Perth site, DoubleTree Waterfront. In the heart of the city and on the remarkable Swan River waterfront, this could be the next step to further grow your experienced hospitality career. Only recently celebrating its second anniversary, we have a brand new,



fresh bar on the top 18th floor overlooking the Perth CBD and the river. 18 Knots is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Manager who can invest in its success and longevity.

- Maintain an effective bar service with an emphasis on high quality and efficient service
- Comply with licensing regulations and hotel procedures, and conduct staff training accordingly
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in drinks, recipes, preparations, and relevant service to lead the team
- Ensure all Team Members are impeccably presented and adhere to the correct uniform standards
- Evaluate and provide feedback, consistently monitoring the service and respective experiences
- Complete all necessary administration including elements of recruitment, rostering, training, budgeting, and etc.
- Partake in bar service where required, and lead the team to maximise revenue through upselling and professional, quality service
