The Royal Automobile Club of Australia (RACA) Incorporating Imperial Service Club was founded in 1903 and has since retained its enthusiasm for all things motoring while also offering a variety of special interest groups, activities, and events for its members.
The Club is located in a grand, eight-storey, state heritage-listed building adjacent to Circular Quay in Sydney.
Our Food & Beverage is gearing up for an expansion driven by a creative and energetic team focussed on premium guest’s experience.

Rates:
- Salary: $75,000 per annum + Super
Skills & experience:
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Confidence to speak to guests about menu items and ingredients
- Knowledge of all the classics cocktail
- Knowledge of spirits and liquors
- Have a passion for amplifying the guest experience
- The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- Have a friendly, positive and skilled attitude
- Be flexible and reliable and a great team player
- Excellent personal presentation and personal hygiene
- Current NSW RSA essential (or willing to obtain before your start date)
