The Iconic Windsor Hotel in South Perth is looking for a fun, outgoing and personable Bar Supervisors + Duty Managers to join our vibrant Windsor family team.
We are interested in people who are looking to learn/grow within the hospitality industry and willing to invest/train the right candidate.
About the role
High focus on customer service with an eye for detail.
Handling cash and staff management.
Experience in POS system and H & L an advantage, with computer literacy a must.
Positively encourage compliance with policies, procedures, house rules of the venue and amongst the staff.
At all times endeavour to perform in the best interests of the venue, staff and customers alike.
A neat and personal appearance at all times.
This is a 'hands on' role and requires a person that enjoys a busy venue.
BIG PLUSES: Approved Manager's Licence (paid for by the company), First aid (paid for by the company), police certificate, RSA and a good knowledge of Licensing and Security Regulations.

This is a full time Position / 40-42 hours pw
