About the role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista / All Rounder to join our team at Culpa Espresso, We are located 7 minutes from Caroline Springs in a new estate called Rockbank VIC.

This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to contribute to the success of our vibrant cafe.

As a Barista / All Rounder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing premium coffee beverages, and supporting various front-of-house and kitchen duties.

What you'll be doing

- Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to our customers
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe
- Assisting with food preparation, serving, and general cafe operations as needed
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Actively contributing to a positive team setting and supporting your colleagues
- Complying with all relevant health, safety,



and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar cafe/hospitality role
- Excellent coffee-making skills and a deep understanding of coffee preparation
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming experience
- Adaptability and the willingness to take on a variety of tasks as required
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
