About us

Table 26 Group will launch its new store at Orion Springfield, mid October 2024. This will comprise of a custom designed and built cafe, pet alfresco and a kid's play area. We have four other successful locations within Brisbane, making this role an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing cafe group.

The prospect

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Manager to join our Springfield team.

Join our thriving Table 26 Group as the Cafe Manager for our store located in Orion Springfield. As the leader of our newest venture, you'll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cafe Manager in Australia in a fast-paced cafe with a team larger then 15




- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista in Australia in a fast-paced cafe (Being Campos Coffee trained is a plus - but not required as we will further up-skill you) OR able to demonstrate the ability to produce consistently good shots following a recipe and texture milk perfectly to produce latte art in a fast paced environment.
- Rostering experience - MUST HAVE (Experience in Deputy/Tanda rostering app is a plus).
- Australian residency is mandatory for this application.
- Utilising and understanding the use of a weekly formulated "Wage Coster"
- Ability to prioritise and manage difficult situations in fast paced environment
- Proactive approach, with a "can-do attitude", genuine “care factor” and a “whatever it takes" thinking
- Ability to lead the team by example and inspire the team to achieve great customer service goal together.
- All rounder skill set required (includes but not limited to): wait work, dishes, clean up & pack up, ordering, opening & closing.

- Roster efficiently and meet labour cost target without compromising service
- Barista all-rounder duties
- Cash register reconciliation
- Supervise and lead fellow team members
- Stock control
- Customer feedback response
- Open & close the store
- Meet KPI targets (bonus driven)
