- A Chef de Partie to take on production cooking responsibilities, ensuring top-quality preparation of dishes across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef.

- Oversee stock management, including ordering and monitoring levels.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, adhering to strict OH&S; and HACCP regulations.





- Train and onboard new kitchen staff on food safety and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with the Front of House team to coordinate bookings and events.

- Handle customer complaints and feedback efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

- Lead by example, upholding the highest standards of food presentation, hygiene, and staff conduct.
