What you'll be doing
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes from our seasonal menu
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine recipes
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen is prepped and stocked
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an great experience
- Move between multiple locations where required
What we're looking for
- Formal culinary qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role
- Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for using seasonal, local produce
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
