What will I be doing?

- Assisting the Sous Chef in day-to-day operation of the kitchen
- Preparing menus as requested
- Producing food for guests and team members efficiently, economically, and hygienically
- Maintaining a high standard of food preparation and presentation, according to recipes and standards
- Using all equipment, tools, and machines appropriately
- Assisting with inventory management
- Working closely with the Stewarding department and all other kitchen staff




- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and guests

What are we seeking?

- Commercial Cookery Cert IV or above
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar role and minimum 1 year in commercial hospitality
- Strong English communication
- Confident leadership abilities
- Knowledgeable in HACCP
- Reliable and works well under pressure
- Skilled in time management and organization
- Ability to work in hot environments and stand on feet for long periods
