An exciting opportunity currently exists for a Chef/Cook to join us in Fremantle W.A. Our busiest time of year is about to begin bringing with it a high demand on our kitchen staff due to our fast paced environment whilst ensuring superior customer service.

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role
- Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery is desirable
- Previous experience in a similar sized kitchen operation ( ability to serve up to 400 customers at any time)

Essential requirements:





- Display passion for the food industry
- Work well in a team workplace and be able to communicate effectively with other team members
- Time Management and organisational skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Help plan and develop menus
- Estimate food and labour costings
- Monitoring quality of all dishes
- Food preparation and portioning
- Training of other kitchen staff members
