Wee Waa is Australia's Cotton Capital and is located in the rich agricultural heartland of Lower Namoi Valley in North West New South Wales. About the role

Working at Hutcheon and Pearce you will find yourself working on a variety of Agricultural Machinery both large and small and with changing seasons bringing different needs in the agricultural space you will often find yourself taking on new challenges and learnings.

- Performing service, repairs and maintenance of all machinery and equipment (both in the workshop and on client farms)
- Diagnosing and interpreting machine faults to get our customers back up and running
- Managing and maintaining service records for machinery
- Providing technical advice and support to customers and other service technicians

About you

As the successful applicant you will be:

- Trade qualified: Diesel Mechanic
- Capable: sound knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Self-motivated: highly organised with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Customer focused: strong teamwork and communication skills to get the job done
- Organised: outstanding time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure we meet our customer deadline

Base salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year with overtime, superannuation, monthly performance bonuses and more additional to this range
