We are seeking a hands-on duty manager to become a part of a team within the walls of one of the most historical and heartwarming pubs in Sydney.
Whilst retaining its old world charm this pub also brings a progressive management style by offering 4 days (full-time) roster and taking good care of their staff.
Be part of the team from a very well known and established Australian Hotel & Pub's group that understands that a good pub is very important to the community, providing comfort and joy by serving cold beverages and good memories.
Your role:
As the manager on duty you will be responsible for day to day shift operations of the 3 areas of the venue, while managing stock control and task allocations for the team. Within this role you will need to have a hands on approach with food and beverage and know your way around POS systems and gaming rooms.
