About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused FOH (Front of House) to join our team in Moonee Ponds, Victoria. This is a casual role, offering flexible working hours. As part of our vibrant hospitality team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a similar environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace
- A friendly, positive, and adaptable attitude to meet the diverse needs of our guests
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate or the ability to obtain one
