The Palais Royale Boutique hotel is looking for fun and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. The Palais Royale Boutique hotel is a 4-star hotel in the heart of the Blue Mountains centrally located on the main street of Katoomba.

Featuring 40 beautifully appointed guest rooms, a restaurant, café, bar, and conference and events facility, the Palais Royale aims to create a memorable experience for all of its guests.

The successful candidate will require the following qualities:

- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) license
- Passion for the service and the hospitality industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Committed to providing friendly and productive service to guests
- Professional attitude and grooming
- Previous hospitality experience
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster 7 days a week




- Availability and flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Confidence in serving various types of guests
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during busy periods
- Basic bar experience is favourable
- Barista experience
- Australian working rights

Duties Include but are not limited to:

- Breakfast service (a la carte)
- Fast-paced lunch service
- Dinner service (a la carte)
- Banquets service
- Conference and events set-up
- Bar/café service
- Assisting kitchen operations
- Creating a memorable experience for all our guests
