Moon Dog is beyond excited to be bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to the Marvel Stadium concourse, where we will offer the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to punters from near and far.

Moon Dog in Docklands will consist of ‘Doglands’ a large (1500 pax) event space – that will be open for Marvel event & game days and private functions – as well as ‘The Jungle Room’ a 70 pax Mediterranean inspired, full table service restaurant/bar that will be open 7 days a week.

We're looking for a Front of House Supervisor to help lead shifts, hold down a section in the restaurant and run the bar during big, busy functions!!

The ideal candidates:

- Can happily hold down a section in a full-table service restaurant, and sling bulk froths at the bar.
- Experience in running breaks & maintaining customer service standards within a team
- Has full weekend, evening and public holiday availability.
- Flexibility Monday - Sunday
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Calm and positive under pressure
- Good vibes, good chat

Supervisors will be paid hospo award level three. Immediate start is ideal, though a start date can be negotiated for the right candidate.
