Job description:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible in planning, leading and overseeing the day-today operations and direction of business.
2. Responsible to oversee the development of hotel development projects.
3. Lead a team of professionals and external consultants/contractors to deliver and exceed business objectives.
4. Represent company on national and international level

Duties:

1. Plan and set corporate policies, standards and objectives for the company.
2. Identification of viable hotel projects and preparation of business plans and analysis to advise management and board.




3. Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and priorities.
4. Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems for all hotel development projects
5. Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, and expenditures related hotel property development activities to report to management and board.
6. Monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets for all hotel development projects.
7. Monitoring of operations to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and requirements
8. Oversee the recruitment activities of key senior positions and implementation of training and development programs

About Applicant:

- At least five year’s senior leadership experience in a similar or relevant role
- Ability to be flexible with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Enjoy being challenged and willing to work outside the confines of a traditional work environment.
- Has relevant education background
