How You’ll Shine

The Grounds Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, coordinating and ensuring the efficient day to day operation of the Maintenance & Grounds department.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Guest accommodation and Common areas
- Provide ongoing training and support to members of the wider Maintenance & Grounds department




- Design and construct outdoor structures
- Design and care for landscapes and gardens
- Assist in managing the preventative maintenance program
- Build and maintain sounds business relationships with Contractors, ensuring compliance and safety protocols are adhered to at all times
- Manage inventory, tools and equipment in valuable working order

What You’ll Bring

This is a hands on management position and therefore you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- An understanding of basic safety principles and chemical handling
- Current drivers license & first aid certificate
- The ability to work a flexible, rotating roster if required
