- Proudly and professionally wearing the DoubleTree brand of friendly and helpful service with your own flair and personality

• Meet, greet, and direct all of our valued VIP and long-stay guests with the highest customer service

- Acting as main point-of-contact for these guests and ensuring hotel is prepared to offer appropriate services
- Briefing relevant hotel departments on requirements
- Following procedures and ensuring attention-to-detail for all data processing

• Fulfil comprehensive guest assistance and create unforgettable experiences

- Responding promptly to all guest queries and special requests, offering unique solutions




- Knowing the hotel's facilities and services, going the extra mile
- Remaining calm and alert, being helpful to all guests and team members
- Seeking frequent feedback from guests

• Work with the team and capitalize on the prospect to thrive with the Hilton family
