HEAD CHEF

We are seeking for a talented and driven Head Chef for our venue at The Cornerstone Ale House in Butler to join and lead our energetic and professional team. You will be a focused, determined, inspiring and hands-on Head Chef with an open mind and a fresh approach to food. Use your enthusiasm and motivation to take this venue to the next level in kitchen operations, menu offer and style of service. We have a strong and determined team, we now need the driving force.

To be a successful candidate you must demonstrate the following criteria's.

- Demonstrated leadership skills that will enable you to lead by example and motivate your team whilst cultivating both a disciplined and fun environment




- A passion for the Food and Beverage Industry
- A high-level approach to service and excellence
- A well-New rounded personality with robust human skills and team oriented thinking
- Expertise as a Head Chef (minimum of 2 years) in a fast-paced environment
- A full understanding of stock control, forecasting, and ordering
- Strong understanding of rostering and menu costing
- Strong forecasting and planning ability for events and functions
- The attitude to inspire and mentor your team
- Strong compliance focus
- A commitment to achieve outstanding sales results
- Food and safely certificate
- Current driver’s license
