What are we looking for?

- An individual who has a passion for leadership, consistency, teamwork
- Producing excellent quality food!
- Manage 15+ team members
- Follow and maintain high KPI'S
- Preparation and delivery of our fantastic food within a high-volume restaurant and pub environment.
- Deliver all meals to the highest standards,
- Adhering to best practice systems.
- We are committed to cleanliness, food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Coach and develop your fellow team members while performing the kitchen's day-to-day operations.

To be successful, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or pub environment.
- Energetic attitude, a team player approach and a strong work ethic
- Experience and understanding of financial controls of a hospitality business
- The ability to lead, train and develop a team.
- Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S; and food hygiene procedures.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
