We are currently seeking an experienced and capable Housekeeping Team Leader to join the team, at our Ashgrove facility, where we pride ourselves on our well-appointed contemporary facilities The ideal candidate will demonstrate, attend to and oversee the cleaning and laundry operations for the entire facility, whilst ensuring commitment to a high standard of work..

Other required skills and attributes include:

- Provide guidance, support, and structure to the housekeeping team.
- Candidate should have leadership capacity and experience in commercial cleaning and or laundry.
- Ensure tasks across the team are completed in priority order, in an efficient and timely manner.
- Competent in the use of cleaning and laundry equipment and correct chemical instructions and procedures
- Aged care or Hospitality housekeeping team lead experience is advantageous.
- Ability to understand and apply Work Health Safety standards to internal work processes.
- A good level of communication skills, both verbal and written




- Certificate qualification in Cleaning/Laundry Operations or Health Support Services would be advantageous.
- A good level of empathy and emotional intelligence to ensure Residents' needs are understood and supported.
- Work as part of the Head of Department (HOD) team to ensure the effective and compliant delivery of service to our Residents.
