We are currently seeking an energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dedicated Housekeeping team.

Job Description

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper you will be hands-on in the daily Housekeeping operation across Rooms, Public Areas and Laundry.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, room allocations, conducting room checks, monitoring productivity, training and coaching the team, ensuring workplace health and safety is maintained and assisting to clean as required.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star environment. Your meticulous working style,



exceptional attention to detail and genuine commitment to delivering a 5-star luxury experience will see you excel in maintaining the Sofitel brand standards.

You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for coaching and motivating a large team in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will be an excellent communicator with efficient time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, remaining calm under pressure.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holiday periods in essential.

You may be an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor, or an energetic and driven leader from another Department looking to enhance your hotel operations experience and further develop your leadership skills with a large team.
