As the Motel Manager, you will play a key strategic role in achieving the company's growth objectives within the hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing
- Managing all day-to-day operations of the Motel, including front desk, F & B,housekeeping, and maintenance
- Overseeing staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implementing effective revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy and profitability
- Developing marketing plans to attract new guests and retain existing customers
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and quality standards
- Preparing and monitoring budgets, reports, and Key Performance Indicators
- Fostering a positive work culture and excellent customer service
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (10 years) in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Motel or Hotel environment
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and exceptional customer service
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong reporting and financial skills with experience preparing effective budgets in all departments
- Excellent skills in hotel management software and managing day to day operations and equipment
