We are seeking a motivated, hands on and professional individual for this permanent full-time position as On-site Building Manager. You will be looking after our brand-new property, Lowanna Beach Resort consisting of 112 luxury apartments 129 keys, with approximately 60 keys in the short stay and permanent letting pools. The role is oversighting the care taking duties of the complex and managing day to day operations to ensure the business operates at its best providing guests with amazing experiences while maintaining a strong and positive relationship with the body corporate and our permanent residents.

This is a excellent opportunity for an experienced person with the right attitude to take on a live in management role to launch this new operation and build a strong team and efficient operational foundations with great head office support.

Lowanna beach resort is a premier property, consisting of 1,2,3 and dual key apartments, located in Buddina between Kawana Shopping Centre and Buddina beachfront. Your focus will be on the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring the building maintained in accordance with the agreements in place with the Body Corporate. Our Centralized Guest Service team support the sites with all things administration but rely on the site manager to provide the face-to-face guests experience and holiday apartment quality control.

To be considered for this role you will have experience in managing teams and be a positive and friendly personality ready to take ownership over your complexes.

This role is a hands-on role and among other tasks, the successful applicant will manage the following duties.

- Managing the short-term check ins and outs within the complex.
- Be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
- Ensure that accommodation and the complex is clean, well maintained and attractively presented.
- Manage stock and ordering
- Plan housekeeping and public area cleaning rosters.
- Arrange repairs and manage communications with Owners and the Body Corporate.
- Inspecting the accommodation and common areas daily to ensure that health and safety regulations are met, as well as compliance items.
- Recruiting and supervising a team of room attendants.
- Training staff to ensure that the organization's high standards are maintained.
- Liaising with head office on the performance of the building and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintenance of common areas as per Caretaking, and Onsite managers responsibilities.
- Other tasks as directed by management.

The successful applicant must be willing to work a rotational roster including weekends, school holidays and public holidays as required.

The salary package includes a furnished apartment on-site for the manager to reside in.
