What We’re Looking For
No, you DON’T need tourism or holiday park experience (although if you’re a tourism superstar we’d be happy to hear from you!). We’ll train you in the specialized tourism software we use and how an award-winning caravan park operates. We’re looking for:
- The skills to lead, motivate and further develop an outstanding 13-strong team, with proven business and people management experience, and the ability to engage and manage a range of suppliers and business partners;
- Sound business sense including budget management, book-keeping and bench-marking.
- Experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine commitment to excellence in customer service (you’ll enjoy looking for ways to continually improve the guest experience, welcoming our guests, and problem-solving);
- Confidence in decision-making and the ability to work independently while fostering a team environment;
- Experience and interest in project management, including managing business development projects such as a new accommodation facility or guest service enhancement.
