We are seeking a passionate industry specialist to join our team as a Property Manager for FV Peppers Residences .

• No weekend or after hours
• All properties located onsite - leave your car at home
• Flexible start and finish times available
• Work from Home 2 days per week
• Dedicated Leasing Team handle all reletting requirements
• Ample assistance with Admin & Trust Support
What we are looking for:
• A candidate that holds a current real estate registration certificate
• Property management experience, capable of managing a tidy portfolio of approximately 110 properties
• Knowledge of Console & Realworks property management software (desirable)
• Exceptional communication & computer skills
• Someone who is highly organised and motivated, with excellent communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation and hygiene standards
