Emerald Lakes Golf Club is amongst the leaders in both the Golf and Leisure Industries, and we are looking to recruit Qualified Chefs for our high volume kitchen operation.
You must possess a strong passion for food and food presentation, be clean and maintain quality food handling and storage skills, be hard working, reliable, self-motivated and have strong communication skills with a solid work ethic.
You will be required to work well in a team, be organized and be able to perform well under pressure within our rapid paced environment.
A minimum of 3 years experience in all aspects of a very busy commercial kitchen is essential.
