McDonald's Ballina is searching for a qualified Shift Manager to join our team. Must have completed the McDonald's Shift Manager course (Leadership Transitions) as a minimum.
Must be willing to relocate to Ballina and have a current right to work in Australia.
You may already be a junior manager wanting to develop your management skills further, or an experienced manager wanting a pathway to department management.
Either way, we will invest in your personal and career development and you can work and live in the most beautiful part of the world. (Ballina has its own glorious beaches plus Lennox Head, Broken Head, Byron Bay all within 30 mins!) . We believe in a work-life balance and this is certainly the place to have that!
Full-time or part-time available for the right candidates.
These are the things we are searching for in applicants;
- A can do, customer focused attitude
- Willingness to work Shift hours (we are 24 hours)
- Need to be able to work a minimum of 25-30 hours per week
- Willingness to be based in or near Ballina, NSW
- Completed McDonald's specific training pathway through to Shift Manager level.
- Heavy focus on safety and people compliance
- A desire to help crew develop
- A full driver's license is also a plus but not essential.
