What we are looking for
Experienced wait staff who have worked in quality hatted establishments
Strong knowledge of food, cocktails and wine
Excellent customer service skills|
Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision making
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends.
