Located in Northbridge, Fleur de Mizu offers a unique blend of modern French and Japanese fusion cuisine, building on the legacy of acclaimed restaurant, Sous le Soleil from Roseville.

What We’re Looking For:

- Passionate Service: A genuine love for providing exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring every diner leaves with a smile.
- Detail-Oriented: An eye for detail and a commitment to executing orders accurately and promptly.
- Experience & Skill: Previous experience in a high-paced, fine dining environment is preferred, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are also valued.
- Team Player:



Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, managing your section with efficiency and grace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to develop relationships with a wide range of clients.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of food, beverages, and wine, with a current RSA certification.
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights and weekends, with excellent personal presentation.
