Hot on the heels of Little Miss Sunshine Bistro & Brewery's recent opening, we are fast preparing for the launch of THE MERCHANT EXCHANGE, a whiskey bar that transcends the eras and pays homage to the old fruit merchants who once exchanged their goods on this very site.

Offering everything from the classics to very distinctive premium pours, the Merchant Exchange exudes a level of sophistication not yet seen within the Brisbane bar scene. Boasting a plush interior of wood grain timbers, green velvet and gold mirrors, the Merchant Exchange is not a bar for everyone but a bar for that special someone.

You must have hands on previous bar management experience!

The Role:

We are seeking a whiskey connoisseur who knows his liquor and is ready to embark on a recent future in a small boutique New York style bar that they can make their own.



The Merchant Exchange is located off Turbot Street within the Heritage Lanes precinct. Working from Midday to Close most days, this position is ideal for a person looking for something other than your typical bar role.
