- Hybrid work arrangements - 2/3x per day in the office
- Rate: $1,100 per day including superannuation - circa

The council is based in Narre-Warren and is within a beautiful facility representing an energetic and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Your new role
As Change Manager you'll deliver end-to-end enterprise and transformational Change Management across Council which is effectively and proactively managed and ensures that the affected business areas are engaged and involved in change activities, experience smooth personal transitions, and are supported through change interventions that drive adoption and benefits
Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, document, and deliver end-to-end Human Resource enterprise and transformational change management across Council, including change impact assessments, stakeholder network maps and analysis, change and engagement plans, communications and training materials, business readiness assessments, and adoption monitoring
- Provide implementation advice to business and project leaders on all aspects of change management delivery.
- Identify the needs, expectations, and requirements of stakeholder groups in conjunction with business owners, subject matter experts, and program/project managers.
- Undertake stakeholder engagement activities to gain buy-in and agreement on the change approach, accountabilities, and ownership for key transition activities and change outcomes (ensuring end to end ownership).
- Identify, escalate (where appropriate), and manage risks and issues that have the potential to impact on the delivery of change management activities or program/project plans
- Play a key role in ensuring projects and organisation-wide change initiatives meet
Skills and qualifications
- Appropriate Change Management certification e.g., PCI, APMG, Agile Change Leadership, Prosci or relevant demonstrated experience.
- Experience delivering/leading Change on Human Resource related projects - organisational restructures, transition to a new culture and supported uplifts in capability.
- Experience and demonstrated track record in applying Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools for multiple projects, particularly change impact assessments, stakeholder management, engagement, communication, and training plans (essential)
