Responsibilities

There are some great things happening at GB as we move through a period of exciting period of transformation and change, including the introduction of dedicated specialist hubs within our claims functions that are truly unique to the market and our service offerings to injured workers and clients alike. And, we want YOU to be a part of it all!

We are offering some fantastic new opportunities for Claims Assistants and Claims Support Officers to provide administrative support to our Claims teams, in our Brisbane office. These roles are pivotal to providing exceptional services to injured workers and insured clients. In these roles, you will learn recent skills and work with a diverse set of stakeholders.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide administrative support to teams including:
- Registration of new claims;
- Processing of expenses and entitlements;
- Lodging and referring incoming correspondence, assisting with the processing of letters and other transactions;

- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including case management and legal advisory personnel, legal practitioners, regulatory bodies etc;
- Participate in key business projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in an administrative role;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
