Your opportunity:

- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within the Hospital in the Home Mental Health Program, through shift-by-shift team leadership by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $73,878 p.a., comprising salary rates between $50.83 - $54.43 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 45.36 hrs p.f.)
