Your opportunity:

- The Enrolled Nurse (EN) practices under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) providing clinical and patient-centred care within the Central Sterilising and Supply Department. The EN utilises their knowledge, skill and competence to effectively develop, provide and evaluate patient care, whilst maintaining regular communication and assistance from the RN.

Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable).

Seeking interest from First Nations nurses and midwives in line with Health Equity, Growing Deadly Families, and Hospital and Health Plan Strategies.

Covid 19 Vaccination: It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 ( Health Employment Directive No. 12/21(PDF) ( ) and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70(PDF) ( ))

Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $80,526 p.a., comprising salary between $66,499 - $70,577 p.a. (f/t),



competitive salary rates between $33.54 - $35.59 p.h (p/t) , employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f. and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable).
