About the Role:

As the ER/HR Advisor role, you will be reporting directly into a fantastic CPO and play a crucial role in providing broad HR support to the business. Within the role, you can get your hands dirty with operational HR with a focus on coaching & mentoring site based managers. The environment is fast-paced, and every day will be different.

Some of your key responsibilities will include;

- Manage employee relations cases, providing expert advice and support to managers and employees on ER matters, including performance management, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Offering expert advice and professional guidance on staffing and industrial matters,



including interpreting awards and other employment instruments relevant to the organisation
- Coaching line managers on best practice
- Be the first point of contact for all general day-to-day HR enquiries
- Provide advice and support on Policy interpretation

About you:

Our client's culture is one they genuinely cherish; therefore, the right 'fit' includes the following experience and traits;

- An enthusiastic and positive 'can do' attitude
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor or HRBP
- HR experience in either the retail, hospitality or entertainment sectors is advantageous
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to influence as required.
