A permanent HR Advisor role for a global utilities company based in North Ryde, paying up to $106k + 13% super

Your new company
You will be joining a global utilities business based in North Ryde.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for providing a high level of HR advice, as well as:

- Managing and conducting investigations/grievances
- Supporting the business with strategic initiatives, such as employee engagement
- Interpreting and advising on entitlements, awards, contracts and policies & procedures

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience in a similar high-level role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Knowledge and experience putting in practice HR legislation (including handling case management) and best practices




- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive rapports with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate-advance Microsoft office skills
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right in Australia
