Three month temporary contract for an experienced HR Advisor to support a small business based NOR.

Seeking an immediately available HR Advisor to support a small mining services organisation based North of the River.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will support a number of HR projects including:

- Implementation of a new HRIS system
- Review and development of the HR policies and procedures
- Ad hoc recruitment support

This position requires an immediate start and will be for an initial three month duration with opportunity to further extend.

To be successful in your application,



ideally you will possess a mining or related sector background, but it is essential that you have a generalist human resources background with recent experience of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.

This position offers flexible start and finish times and the added benefit of working from home for one day per week.
