12 month FTC for a HR Business Partner

Your current role
The Human Resources Business Partner will provide business-focused, strategic and tactical Human Resources advice and services. The role will work in partnership with senior leaders to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans, and agree appropriate interventions to maximise opportunities, support change and manage risk. The HR Business Partner will interpret HR policies, employment legislation, and Enterprise Agreements, advise on risk management, and coach and support managers in handling people management, employee relations and change processes.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have a degree qualified in Human Resources Management or related field.



You must have significant experience as a Human Resources generalist and / or business partnering experience. Experience in industrial relations with a sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations theory, principles, policies, and practices. You will be able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyse risks, make good judgements, and solve problems. You must be able to develop clear, comprehensive, actionable steps in support of overall business strategy.
