Your Responsibilities:

- Arrange the schedule for meetings, interviews, and HR events and ensure agendas are properly maintained and run correctly.
- Assist the HR team with queries and requests.
- Conduct KPI, and performance management reviews and assist with documentation/reviews.




- Arrange meetings and other events related to HR.
- Take part in orientations and update records of new starters.
- Prepare employment contracts for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Create and maintain employee records.
- Participating in the recruitment process.
- Create reports on HR activity.
- Handle employee inquiries and escalate where needed.
- Ensured accurate data entry into HRIS & ATS systems.

Requirements:

- Social Media/Gaming/Minecraft Industry
- 2 years+ of previous experience in an HR role.
- Experience using ATS and HRM systems.
- Demonstrates effective administration abilities.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage people effectively.
- Has excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Possesses valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Has demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Possesses good attention to detail and analytical abilities.
