Huge global organisation looking for a HRBP, paying up to $120k + super + 13k Car Allowance
Your new company

Your new role
- You will work in partnership with the business to develop solutions and provide high level service consistent with the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) policy, strategy and the business units needs.
- Provide input to projects, business plans and helps integrate People policies and initiatives into the business.
- Identify activities within HR that are not aligned with organisational goals and raises appropriate challenges.
- Use HR data & information diagnostic skills, business acumen and customer relationships to identify, articulate and deliver value propositions and/or judgement to make well balanced strategic decisions.
- Works with the business to develop organisational workforce plans to meet current and future needs.
- A large portion of the assignment will involve:
Dispute resolution,
Performance management and plans,
Assisting with EA Negotiations,
Travel across Sydney and NSW for site visits,
Occasional inter-state travel (infrequent)
What you'll need to succeed
- You will have knowledge, and be comfortable assisting in EA Negotiations and agreements (with support from Senior BPs).
- You will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Human Resources) or equivalent/relevant qualification, or an HR specific certification (e.g. Cert IV in HR Management).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role with proven experience in ER, IR.
- Experience in the interpretation and application of relevant ANZ legislation and regulations.
- You will be strong using MS Office or Google Suite - such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.
- Ideally you will have experience in SuccessFactors.
