About the Role
This exceptional opportunity will see you join a close-knit, collaborative team in a HR Advisor capacity. Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, you will work across a full generalist remit, providing advice on areas including recruitment and selection, performance management, workforce planning, HRIS systems and change management. In return, you will receive one-on-one mentoring and career advancement opportunities internally, with scope to work across a range of exciting initiatives.
Day to day, you will:

Provide high-level advice across all employee relations matters and facilitate performance management and case management from end to end, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.





Facilitate end-to-end recruitment across your portfolio of centres, including the sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of exceptional talent.

Support key people and culture projects including the implementation of the HRIS and ATS system and subsequent change management processes.

Provide expert advice across all People and Culture matters in alignment with the function’s objectives and the broader mission and vision of the business.

About You
You will be an enthusiastic and capable HR professional, who is eager to learn and develop. Bringing strong experience in performance management, and a sound knowledge of industrial and employee relations, you will enjoy the full scope of generalist duties and feel confident in your ability to provide high-level advice to stakeholders. A natural communicator, you will build exceptional relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers as you provide advice and manage expectations in a timely and appropriate manner.
You will also bring:

Previous experience in a similar generalist Human Resources or People and Culture role.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong attention-to-detail.

Experience facilitating end-to-end case management and investigations from an ER and IR perspective.

Experience working with several hiring managers to facilitate end-to-end recruitment in a multi-site environment.
