Lead, People and Culture

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture leader to take the lead on coordinating all aspects of the People and Culture function across our organisation. Working closely with other Leads to ensure integration of corporate services and support leaders and teams. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Operations, your key responsibilities will include:

- Fostering a collaborative, engaged and vibrant culture.
- Proactively partner across the business as we work together to provide a workplace that gets better every day.
- Support the UCWB strategic agenda through People and Culture activities and targeted initiatives.
- Guide and coach managers to apply best practice HR principles and practices.
- Develop and use reports to make data driven decisions.
- Oversee the WHS and wellbeing agenda.
- Foster a culture of learning and development.
- Expert management of the employee lifecycle.

About You

You will be an experienced and vibrant leader with excellent communication, negotiation and coaching skills. You will have comprehensive knowledge of contemporary HR practices and the ability to build and foster trusted and collaborative relationships, supporting managers and leaders to support their teams to flourish.

You will have previous experience driving organisational development and culture programs and you understand the employee experience is critical and have put in place programs focusing on this.

Location

This role is based at Bowden just a short walk to the popular Plant 3 and Plant 4 entertainment complex in Gibson Street however some off-site work will be required.
