Role Summary:
Jigsaw is looking for a Partnership Manager to lead the implementation of our partnership model, supporting signed on partners to open and operate successful Jigsaw models in their communities. The Partnership Manager will work closely with partners’ hub management teams during setup, opening and growth of partners’ new hubs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed knowledge of the operation of the Jigsaw model, in particular, Jigsaw Academy, Digital & Connect.
- Train, supervise, manage and mentor partners’ hub management teams during setup, opening and growth of partners’ recent hubs.
- Manage relationships with subject matter experts at Jigsaw and within partners’ operations and seek input as required for the partners’ hub trainees and teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Utilise skills and knowledge developed in this role to provide ad hoc support and input to the broader Jigsaw team and Jigsaw’s mission.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience managing small teams.
- Experience working in the social/community services/allied health/disability support sector.
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to understand, learn and then implement an innovative operating model.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- A high level of empathy and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining relationships.
- Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple scenarios and the ability to prioritise in response to dynamic business needs.
- Ability to work hands-on as part of a team and autonomously when required.
- Desirable - understanding of (and/or experience with) NDIS and working with people with disability.
