This position is a full time permanent role based at Adelaide Airport offering a hybrid working arrangement.

Your new role
Reporting into the Executive General Manager, People and Culture and overseeing a team of 4, the Manager, People and Culture is an integral role leading the People and Culture team to support the ongoing development of staff in alignment with organisational priorities and a focus on performance and capability growth.

The expectations of this role will be to deliver best-in-class advice and service to all employees that touch the business creating a culture and morale that enables the organisation and its people to soar to new heights.





Touching all aspects of the Human Resources Lifecycle, duties include:

- Attraction and Retention
- Industrial / Employee Relations
- Complex EA negations supported by your IR Expert
- Organisation Development supported by the OD and Learning Manager
- Learning / Leadership Development
- Workforce / Succession Planning
- Talent Management
- Continuous Improvement

What you need to succeed
