Your Key Accountabilities will include:

• Plan and manage program, reform and transformation activities in line with Whole of Government best practice and standards and Office of the Special Coordinator requirements.
• Provide high level strategic direction and leadership in the analysis, design, development and implementation of program and related business strategies, organisational change and organisational reform.
• Provide regular program progress status and prepare, review and present project board papers, reports, briefing notes, submissions, and other correspondence.




• Manage and lead teams of multi-disciplinary subject matter experts engaged in the efficient portfolio, program and project delivery.
• Effectively monitor budgetary, physical and human resources in accordance with QPS policies and procedures and whole of government best practice.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with business governance processes and facilitate successful delivery of the QPS Portfolio of programs and projects and the objectives of the Police and Emergency Services Reform Program.
• Provide guidance to program and project stakeholders to facilitate informed business decisions that improve business processes and meet changing and challenging business needs.
