The role:

Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of large-scale clinical, digital and ICT-enabled projects across the Delivery Office portfolio of programs and projects for eHealth Queensland. As part of this role, you will lead a team of project management resources in delivery key projects including all facets of human resources, performance, reporting, coaching and mentoring, while ensuring project outcomes are achieved and project management capability is maintained.

Each day you'll drive a culture which breeds high performance, establishing and influencing strategic partnerships and team-oriented working relationships in the areas of continuous improvement, technical capability, and exceptional customer service.

Are you right for this role?

To secure this opportunity you will have proven project management skills and strong customer support and stakeholder management skills.



You will have proven experience leading and managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring consistency with and traceability across specified requirements within project management and governance methodologies and frameworks.

While not mandatory, relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2), are highly desirable.
